Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated Acquisitions Specialist to join our team and help us expand our deal pipeline. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound lead flow, negotiating with motivated sellers, and locking up contracts that meet our buy box criteria.

In Short

Qualify inbound and outbound leads from various channels.
Analyze property details and run comparables.
Negotiate win-win solutions with sellers.
Lock up properties under contract at ideal terms.
Maintain CRM data and pipeline stages accurately.
Collaborate with marketing teams for smooth handoffs.
Hit weekly KPIs for calls, contracts, and closed deals.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales or acquisitions experience.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-driven and competitive mindset.
Ability to work with CRM systems and comps tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Coachable and eager to learn.
