Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, confident, and coachable Cold Caller I to join our outbound team. Your main responsibility will be to make high-volume calls to prospects, introduce our services, and set qualified appointments for our sales team.

In Short

  • Make outbound calls to property owners using provided scripts and call lists
  • Qualify leads based on simple criteria (e.g., roof age, damage, homeowner status)
  • Set appointments for sales reps or estimators using our scheduling system or CRM
  • Overcome basic objections and handle rejections professionally
  • Follow up on previous leads or cold call new data based on campaign goals
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and lead status in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets
  • Attend training sessions, team huddles, and ongoing coaching meetings

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and clear speaking voice
  • Comfortable talking to new people and handling rejection
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM/calling software
  • Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and follow a structured call flow
  • Availability for assigned shifts (evenings or weekends a plus)
