Overview

The HR Generalist Consultant will support multiple HR domains and manage project-based deliverables while providing exceptional support to clients.

In Short

• Work remotely with core hours of 9 AM - 5 PM CST.
• Part-time position requiring 20-25 hours per week.
• Act as an HR point of contact for assigned clients.
• Handle employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance support.
• Lead project-based HR work including drafting policies and onboarding toolkits.
• Utilize tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Google Suite for task management.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success.
• Apply an equity-informed lens to all HR deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings and provide updates and documentation.
• Contribute to a culture that values empathy, authenticity, and social justice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience leading HR projects such as policy creation and onboarding systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage timelines.
• Knowledge of compliance areas like FMLA, ADA, and EEOC.
• Proficiency in ClickUp, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Commitment to social justice and equity in HR practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with employee relations and HR compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Comfortable using remote work tools and maintaining communication.
