Overview

Leavitt Central Coast in Salinas, CA is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to add to their Commercial Lines team.

In Short

• Provide support to customers, sales staff, and account executives.
• Develop and retain commercial insurance business.
• Maintain customer information in the agency management system.
• Answer coverage questions and process policy changes.
• Market new and renewal business.
• Create accurate and professional insurance proposals.
• Assist with underwriting information and applications.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints.
• Follow up on policies pending cancellation.
• Work in a hybrid/remote schedule.

Requirements

• College Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Dependable and consistent work performance.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
