Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager

Overview

This role is for a detail-oriented and service-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager at Nasburg Huggins Insurance, where you will support a diverse book of commercial clients in a remote setting.

In Short

• Work closely with Commercial Lines Manager and Account Executives.
• Handle submissions, proposals, servicing, and renewals.
• Prepare applications with underwriting information.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with team members.
• Follow up with markets for quotations.
• Create proposals under the direction of Account Executives.
• Check for discrepancies in submissions and proposals.
• Invoice and follow up on billing.
• Produce Certificate issuance for customers.
• Check policies with submissions and proposals.

Requirements

• Active P&C license required.
• 3–4 years of commercial lines experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with AMS360 and carrier rating software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
