Requirements

  • MUST have P&C Producer License and 3+ years experience in independent agency.
  • MUST be a resident of Louisiana or Texas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, good listening skills and empathy.
  • Highly-organized and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works with integrity and a high level of confidentiality.
