Overview

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will help manage a book of commercial lines clients, providing superior customer service to all clients, carriers, and producers.

In Short

  • Manage a book of commercial lines clients.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients, carriers, and producers.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, mail, and e-mail.
  • Maintain proper file documentation in Sagitta and Image Right.
  • Process applications, policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Review client exposures and recommend appropriate products.
  • Assist with the solicitation of new accounts and retention of existing accounts.
  • Comply with internal procedures and meet service performance standards.
  • Work collaboratively within the team.
  • Contribute to the team effort by sharing insurance knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of prior Commercial Insurance experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Articulate, well organized, and focused.
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
