Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager

Overview

The Leavitt Group is looking for a Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager to provide ongoing support to their commercial accounts.

In Short

• Prepare applications for submission with underwriting information.
• Maintain daily relationships with Commercial Lines Account Manager and Manager.
• Collaborate with service staff to meet deadlines.
• Assist in marketing procedures with selected markets.
• Follow up with markets for quotations.
• Create proposals under the direction of the Account Executive.
• Check for discrepancies between submissions and quotations.
• Work with producers to provide binders of insurance.
• Issue certificates and check policies against submissions.
• Handle invoicing and endorsements.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with carrier rating software.
• Current P&C license required.
• 3-4 years of experience preferred.
• AMS360 experience preferred.
