In Short

  • Responsible for initial contacts with potential clients in the German market.
  • Engage with HR professionals to generate interest in Learned's solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and founders to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Conduct qualification calls to determine lead fit.
  • Participate in product demos with potential clients.
  • Attend events in Germany to promote the company.
  • Provide support to the sales team with insights from conversations.
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas for improving the sales process.
  • Work in a dynamic, international team environment.
  • Grow with the company's expansion in Germany.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English or Dutch.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in conversations.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with fresh ideas.
  • Interest in technology and HR solutions.

Benefits

  • Salary between 2,750 € – 3,750 € gross per month based on experience.
  • Bonus between 750 € – 1,500 € gross per month based on performance.
