In Short

• Lead and grow a consumer-focused full-stack team of ~12 engineers.
• Drive the development of mobile-first, consumer-facing web applications.
• Work closely with product and design to shape requirements.
• Manage multiple workstreams and maintain alignment across teams.
• Establish engineering practices for rapid iteration and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and guide architectural decisions.
• Develop engineers through mentorship and coaching.
• Recruit top talent and build a diverse engineering organization.
• Foster a strong team culture and high execution velocity.
• Contribute to cross-team initiatives and improve overall engineering processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing products.
• Strong technical leadership skills.
• Success in building high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Startup or fast-growth environment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, Django is a plus.
