Senior Product Implementation & Customer Success Manager - Remote

In Short

• Drive operational improvement for customers through our products.
• Manage customer implementations and ensure correct product configuration.
• Monitor customer operations and ensure product effectiveness.
• Advocate for ongoing customer support and issue resolution.
• Refine platform vision and strategy based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce customer case studies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Obsessed with customer happiness and success.
• Healthcare background in operations management or patient flow.
• 3+ years of experience with patient throughput and/or workforce management.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare products and hospitals.
• 5+ years in a client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent strategic and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
