Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

Leadtech is growing, and we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to oversee and manage payroll processes for our Spanish workforce while supporting Compensation & Benefits initiatives.

In Short

• Ensure the accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll cycles and off-cycle payments when necessary.
• Manage payroll processes and maintain compliance with Spanish social security regulations (SILTRA@) and tax obligations.
• Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes in the payroll system.
• Handle the registration and management of employment contracts and sick leaves.
• Respond to payroll-related queries and provide guidance on compensation matters.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile social security payments.
• Maintain and audit employee timesheets for accuracy.
• Support Labor Relations activities and ensure compliance with Spanish labor law.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements
