• Participate and be responsible within the decision-making process
• Support and advise the team on estimating efforts and tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in frontend development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, and React
• Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior developers
• Ability to implement best practices in software development
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
