We are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to spearhead our frontend development efforts, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to create engaging and responsive web applications. This is a foundational role within the company that will evolve into a leadership position. It’s an opportunity to join a greenfield project and be a part of building a team and working with the latest technologies and product creation processes.

In Short

Lead the design and development of user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
Implement state management solutions with XState and Stately to ensure efficient application workflows.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designer & product owner to translate design concepts into interactive web applications.
Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards and best practices.
Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with state management libraries and tools, particularly XState and Stately.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior experience in the iGaming or Social Casino industries is a plus.
