Leading Educators is seeking a Temporary Part Time Contract Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts during a high volume hiring period, focusing on candidates from the K–12 education sector.

In Short

• Part-time temporary role as a Contract Recruiter.
• Manage assigned searches and support the recruiting process.
• Engage directly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience in nonprofit or education-related environments preferred.
• Conduct candidate screenings and participate in interviews.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates.
• Work approximately 24 hours per week, typically three days.
• Remote position with limited travel.
• Contract engagement from March 23, 2026 to August 31, 2026.

Requirements

• Three to six years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in nonprofit organizations or education sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to assess candidates with educational backgrounds.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms like Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Ability to travel for organizational retreats and job-related events.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
