Overview

Looking for a talented, high-energy Recruiter to assist in recruiting high-quality talent for our growing company. This is a part time role that is 100% remote!

In Short

• Recruit candidates through various means including cold calling and networking.
• Screen candidates through HR system and maintain it daily.
• Manage search firms for talent acquisition.
• Train managers on recruiting practices.
• Assist with HR technology and employee development.
• Update HR policy as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid track record.
• Prefer candidates with agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• At least one year of freelance or contract experience preferred.
• Average 20-30 hours per week, fluctuating based on business needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Good computer skills.
