Valuations Analyst - Remote

Overview

House Buyers of America is looking for a 100% remote Valuations Analyst (VA) who will be responsible for valuing prospective deals and determining a scope of work for properties we acquire.

In Short

• You will be responsible for determining the pricing strategy to maximize ROI for all properties.
• You will partner with the Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions.
• You will be responsible for valuing properties across the entire US.
• You will ensure the accuracy of all valuations.
• You will meet the turnaround objectives for all valuations.
• You will handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• You will assist the company in meeting its goals.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• An appraisal license or completed appraisal coursework (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Amazing computer skills and quick to pick up new technology.
