Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant real estate valuation experience.
• Active appraiser's license or certification.
• Strong understanding of ROI and valuation techniques.
• Proficient in online research and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate PC proficiency and comfort with technology.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and AI functions.
