Valuations and Opinions Analyst - Remote

Overview

Lincoln International is seeking Analysts to join our rapidly growing Valuations & Opinions Group (VOG). Successful candidates have strong cognitive and interpersonal abilities, want to develop their professional and personal skills and are motivated by the prospect of building a leading valuations practice.

In Short

• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial models and valuation analyses.
• Write valuation reports and presentations.
• Analyze various financial instruments including mortgage loans and structured finance securities.
• Develop and maintain valuation models.
• Coordinate valuation projects across geographies.
• Interact with clients and prepare deliverables.
• Maintain proprietary valuation databases.
• Track capital markets and analyze changes.
• Prepare marketing materials for client meetings.
• Support senior members of the Valuations & Opinions Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
• Strong academic record (3.5 GPA or above).
• Six months to two years of structured products experience preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong writing skills and experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• One year of professional experience in valuations or corporate finance preferred.
