Overview

The Program Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Facilities Planning and Design Business Unit, ensuring seamless operational execution and enhancing productivity through effective project management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a complex environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software programs.
  • Knowledge of hospital and clinic organization preferred.
