Overview

The Lead Lab Assistant is responsible for managing the workflow in the Clinical Laboratory or Anatomic Pathology, ensuring quality laboratory services and staff training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of related work experience.
• Ability to establish good working relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
• Data entry skills.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility.
• Experience in training and orienting new employees.
