The Pathology Laboratory Assistant I is responsible for receiving, processing, and distributing clinical laboratory specimens, playing a crucial role in supporting patient care and research at Mass General Brigham.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a related field preferred or High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment and terminology.
• Ability to follow established procedures with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
