In Short

• Fully remote customer support position.

• 40 hours per week orientation required.
• Available production hours from 7 AM to 12 AM Pacific Time.
• Must handle 3-5 simultaneous chats.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in customer support through messaging.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills.

• Willingness to install security software.
• Access to a webcam or smartphone for clear communication.
• Minimum broadband speed of 25 Mbps.
