Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team, assisting customers with their inquiries and technical issues in both Turkish and English.

In Short

  • First point of contact for customers of a leading music streaming service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in Turkish and English.
  • 40 hours per week orientation period required.
  • Work remotely and set your own schedule.
  • Experience handling 3-5 simultaneous chats preferred.
  • Must have a dedicated laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or newer.
  • Stable broadband internet connection required.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English is necessary.
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone for clear photo capture.
  • Join a dynamic team supporting top brands globally.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish and English.
  • Experience in customer support through messaging.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to install security software.
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps.
  • At least 8 GB of RAM on your computer.
  • Dual monitors recommended for optimal workflow.
  • Must be able to work weekends as required.
  • Complete language assessments in Turkish and English.
