Overview

The DCX Home-Based Staff Accountant will help oversee the organization's financial transactions, ensuring they are accurate and comply with accounting standards.

In Short

• Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports.
• Assist the senior accounting team with audits, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare financial statements compliant with GAAP.
• Collaborate with senior accountants on financial data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work within US operating hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Knowledge of tax laws and financial modeling is a plus.
• Experience as an offshore staff is advantageous.
