Overview

As a Transformation Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting CA’s transformation initiatives and mission to be an agile, change fit organization.

In Short

• Facilitate and guide business leaders through early-stage project definition activities.
• Create and manage overall project plans and track key milestones.
• Leverage CA’s Transformation framework for key projects.
• Track governance and confidentiality commitments for projects.
• Oversee communications activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify interdependencies and areas of collaboration.
• Lead solutioning with business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Transformation resources.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions.
• Contribute to continual improvement of transformation and change management frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in transformation or project management.
• Strong emotional intelligence and strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with transformation methodologies.
• Project management and change management experience.
• Business process optimization experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and escalate project risks.
• Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing goals.
