Overview

Labcorp is seeking a Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our team, focusing on improving health and lives through exceptional customer service in the Revenue Cycle Management Division.

In Short

  • Work remotely from Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM and Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to current policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and patients.
  • Verify eligibility and claim status using various tools.
  • Must have a structured work environment to perform duties effectively.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills required.
  • Medical experience preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of work experience required.
  • Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and exercise critical thinking skills.
  • Strong active listening skills preferred.
  • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps required.
  • No satellite internet allowed.
  • Must connect equipment via Ethernet, not Wi-Fi.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently.
  • Passion for customer service is essential.
