Overview

Labcorp is seeking a Client Customer Service Support Dispatcher to join our team and improve health and lives through excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Work from home opportunity with a structured environment.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day.
  • Dispatch calls and manage service requests professionally.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to current policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Log calls and maintain logistics department reports.
  • Must have strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Technical requirements include high-speed internet and wired connection.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year work experience required.
  • Previous call center and customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous medical experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently.
