• End-to-end process for incorporating new US and offshore companies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to filings.
• Assist with the preparation and review of various corporate legal documents.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of incorporations and filings.
• Support the Growth team with operational guidance.
• Develop and maintain efficient processes and workflows.
• Implement control points and traceability mechanisms in service delivery.
• Strong process management and organization skills required.
• Comfort working with systems and data-driven processes.

Requirements

• Experience handling legal documentation and operational legal processes.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with strong execution focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
