Proposal Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Proposal Manager with 8+ years of experience and a strong background in managing proposals for Department of Defense (DoD) or federal government contracts.

In Short

• Manage the full lifecycle of proposal development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proposal management experience.
• 5 years focused on DoD or federal government contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Proven track record in competitive federal proposals.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

Benefits
