Lathrop GPM, one of the nation's leading law firms, has an immediate opening for a Legal Administrative Assistant in our Denver, CO office.

In Short

  • Provides legal administrative support to attorneys and the firm.
  • Prepares correspondence and documents accurately.
  • Proofreads documents for spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Handles client communications and incoming mail.
  • Enters time for timekeepers and processes bills.
  • Coordinates materials for meetings and hearings.
  • Reminds timekeepers of upcoming projects and deadlines.
  • Works in a hybrid environment, 2-3 days in office.
  • Requires 3 years of experience in a legal environment.
  • Offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Legal Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in professional development.
  • Knowledge of ECF filings preferred.
  • Experience with document management systems preferred.
