Overview

LastPass is looking for a Senior Product Owner of Billing & Payments to join our Commerce & FinTech Systems Team. This role is pivotal in driving the scalability, automation, and optimization of our global billing and payments ecosystem, enabling frictionless commerce experiences for customers across all segments.

In Short

• Own and enhance LastPass’s Zuora Billing platform.
• Lead the design and execution of payment processing workflows.
• Own the product backlog and drive initiatives to improve billing accuracy.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to unlock new revenue growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and Data Engineering teams.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline billing and invoicing.
• Define and document technical and operational workflows.
• Act as the subject matter expert for billing and payment system challenges.
• Continuously assess market trends and emerging payment technologies.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a SaaS company.
• Hands-on expertise with Zuora Billing, Stripe, ChargeBee, or similar.
• Experience integrating billing systems with CRM platforms.
• Deep understanding of subscription billing models and payment processing.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive automation and process improvement.
