• Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with software development processes.
• Experience in software engineering or technical integrations is a plus.
• Professional certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in leading cross-functional projects.
