In Short

• Design and lead support training and development programs.
• Create and deliver training, career frameworks, and onboarding programs.
• Guide junior support engineers through their technical development.
• Define clear leveling frameworks and promotion paths.
• Create training materials including troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure the support team delivers consistently at a high standard.
• Work periods may include evening or overnight hours.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support or enablement.
• Skilled at creating structured learning programs.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior engineers.
• Understand scaling support organizations.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives.
