Overview

The Automation Program Leader at DuPont will lead the design, implementation, and execution of a global automation program aimed at delivering business value and driving impactful results.

• Lead the design and execution of a global automation program.

• Advocate for the Automation program and its components.
• Conduct technical evaluations for supplier partnerships.
• Travel globally to manufacturing sites with a minimum commitment of 30%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in program management and automated equipment technology.
• Experience in both continuous and discrete manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with automated process equipment and robotics.
• Proficient in PLC/Robotic programming and electrical design.
• Understanding of Management of Change (MoC) processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Collaborative management style.
