  • Professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to interact professionally with insurance carriers and patients.
  • Higher level problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Accounts Receivable.
  • Five years of accounts receivable experience required.
