The Patient Financial Specialist works in a team environment to address patient balances and inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Two years’ experience in physician practice collections.
• Knowledge of ICD 10 and CPT codes.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Athena experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
