  • Complete other duties as assigned based on patient needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of customer service or healthcare experience.
  • Knowledge of EHR systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare practices and procedures.
  • Ability to type at least 50 WPM.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team-driven environment.
