Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and help drive growth through strategic partnership and communication. This position also includes Project Management responsibilities, supporting both your assigned accounts and internal agency operations.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication via email and leading monthly calls.
  • Conduct monthly client meetings to present campaign performance reports, address questions, and manage concerns proactively.
  • Oversee and coordinate account deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Utilize Asana to follow internal workflows for client relationship management, onboarding, retention, and growth strategies.
  • Provide project management support to other internal teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of digital strategy (specifically SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, particularly in a remote setting.
  • 10/10 people skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Near-native English proficiency and a polished Zoom presence.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines efficiently.
