Overview

The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing support calls and coordinating various aspects of the service department. This role involves project coordination, managing client communication, and ensuring customer needs are met effectively.

In Short

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Work primarily during support hours of Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM (PST).
  • Manage support calls and client communication.
  • Coordinate service team schedules and project timelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Use ConnectWise for project management and ticketing.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business development representatives.
  • Permanent work-from-home position.
  • Monthly performance-based bonus and annual bonus.

Requirements

  • Must have an MSP background.
  • Experience with ConnectWise is required.
