Requirements

• Advanced degree in chemistry, pharmaceutics, or related field.
• 15+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of drug development processes.
• Deep knowledge of genetically modified cell therapies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
