Supply Chain Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Kyverna is recruiting a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to coordinate procurement, material planning, and logistics activities cross functionally and across multiple clinical studies to help Kyverna advance its mission to free patients from the siege of autoimmune disease.

In Short

• Schedule and support time-critical and temperature-sensitive materials.
• Coordinate order management processes including order generation and delivery scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute logistics.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays or issues in real time.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and requirements for pickups and deliveries.
• Review and approve courier invoices and assist in performance tracking.
• Contribute to training materials and ensure compliance.
• Participate in on-call coverage during active courier transports.
• Assist with inventory management and additional logistics projects.
• Coordinate with program leads and suppliers for material procurement.

Requirements

• An Associate’s degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in planning logistics for time-critical and temperature-sensitive products.
• Experience in logistics for autologous cell therapy products.
• 3+ years in healthcare with experience in Supply Chain or Clinical Trial Logistics.
• Ability to work with digital systems for procurement and inventory management.
• Project management skills for end-to-end logistics.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills including presentations.
• Knowledge of CFR 21, FDA regulations, and cGMP requirements preferred.
