Purpose of the Position:

  • Implementation of sales and activity targets in the assigned areas.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and creating influence at a strategic level.

This is a remote position based in the locations of Köln, Bonn, Koblenz.

In Short

  • Achieve defined goals based on current marketing strategies through planning and executing sales measures and customer activities.
  • Manage the territory by analyzing performance and identifying optimization potentials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target customers and regional KOLs.
  • Communicate the benefits of our products to customers through in-person meetings and digital channels.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct customer events and give presentations to customers.
  • Manage and optimize the territory budget for business success.
  • Document activities and indicators in CRM systems (VEEVA and Salesforce).
  • Continuously develop professional knowledge and methodological competence.

Requirements

  • Scientific, pharmaceutical, or medical degree.
  • Several years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in rare diseases in oncology and dermatology.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through personal and digital channels.
  • Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to persuade.
  • Analytical skills and solution orientation.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Veeva.
  • Good English skills in written and spoken form.
  • Valid German/European driver's license.
  • Valid work permit for Germany.
