• Kyo’s BCBAs create customized treatment plans for clients.

• Position offers flexibility to support clients via telehealth, up to 75%.
• Responsibilities include managing ABA services and supervising staff.
• Conduct observations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and deliver training to parents and professionals.
• Meet and maintain performance metrics set by Kyo.
• Participate in client and staff meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including direct therapy.

Requirements

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outstanding responsiveness and operational skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work longer than 8 hours/day occasionally.
