Overview

Progressive Option Support Services LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team!! We seek qualified and dedicated professionals to service children and families throughout NJ.

In Short

• Oversee and monitor a comprehensive ABA home program
• Design, teach, and supervise ABA interventions that are ethical and effective
• Supervise behavioral technicians and others who implement behavior analytic interventions
• Provide training in ABA methods
• Implement parent training to caregivers and other family members
• Prepares updated authorizations for insurance
• Implement treatment programs for children with ASD

Requirements

• Possess a valid certificate as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Have access to reliable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check
• Comply with all HIPAA (confidentiality) laws as it relates to Protected Health Information.
• Must be willing to do in person at least once monthly with assigned families
• Be reliable, punctual, organized, and a self starter
• Must be creative, enthusiastic, and a team player!
• Must be COVID vaccinated
• Bilingual a plus!
