Overview

We at AdvisaCare Healthcare Solutions, Inc. are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to assist individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurological/behavioral needs.

In Short

  • Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers for coordinated treatment
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA
  • Work 75% of hours during your workweek
  • Eligible for overtime based on work hours
  • Pay rate adjustments based on productivity

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Experience with individuals with autism
