Overview

Kyivstar.Tech is looking for a Middle System/Business Analyst to lead new integrations and develop technical documentation for products and systems.

In Short

• Lead new integrations from concept through implementation.
• Develop technical documentation from scratch.
• Maintain and update current technical documentation.
• Support client systems in defining integration requirements.

• Support the Sales Team in gathering external client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a systems/business analyst role.
• Proven experience in writing technical and project documentation.
• Experience formalizing functional requirements.
• Proficiency in UML notation for modeling functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of data protocols, particularly REST and SMPP.
• Experience in managing the full requirements lifecycle.
• Systems thinking.
• Client-oriented approach.
