Overview

The Commercial Client Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing large volumes of files for National Commercial transactions in a leading title insurance agency.

• Handle large volumes of files for National Commercial transactions.
• Serve as a liaison between Underwriters, Sales team, and third-party vendors.
• Assist Underwriting teams with closing protection letters and policy jackets.
• Respond to and resolve client and third-party inquiries promptly.
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Title Insurance preferred.
• Great communication and organizational skills required.

Requirements

• Experience with Real Estate transactions or Title insurance preferred.
• Knowledge of SoftPro Select is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
