  • Capability to develop and execute personalized and automated campaigns.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing techniques and optimization.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation strategies.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer data platforms.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
