• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of promotional campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day promotional planning and coordination.
• Manage campaign tracking and prioritize marketing requests.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on campaign requirements.
• Negotiate deadlines and priorities with internal stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution workflow.
• Support QA of live campaigns and coordinate fixes.
• Assist in compiling results from promotional campaigns.
• Track campaign metrics and report performance to stakeholders.
• Identify high-performing promotions for future planning.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management.
• Experience in a growth-focused, cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder negotiation.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and project management tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.
• Attention to detail in campaign execution.
• Experience with high-frequency promotional calendars.
• Familiarity with SQL and Google Analytics for data checks.
• Experience collaborating with design teams on marketing assets.
